Your pampering timeline

Are you starting your skin prep a year in advance or at the last minute? Below is a general guide on when to start based on your desired goals.

6-12 months: Starting as early as possible allows your skin ample recovery time for more intense treatments. 

3 months: This timeframe is all about addressing minor concerns with treatments that require very little or no downtime. Treatments should focus on hydration, brightening, exfoliating, and smoothing. 

1 month: It’s almost time to tie the knot! Treatments should now take place every fortnight and they shouldn’t require downtime. Fresh, luminous skin where makeup glides on effortlessly is the goal. Your basic skin care should include products that hydrate and reduce inflammation.
